Expense Claims

ZenHRM makes it very easy to manage expenses made by employees and reimburse them. Be it an online receipt, mobile bill, travel expenses, etc. Employees can add expenses they've incurred with all details including the scanned bill or receipt. Approved expenses are automatically added to their payroll.

Leave Management

Applying for leave is super simple in ZenHRM. An Employee can apply for leaves on specific days or by using a date range when - vacations, sick leave, maternity leave, quarantine leave etc. Leave request is then sent to the HR Manager for approval. After approval or rejection, the employee is notified by email.

Job Application

Job Application section allows employees to refer people to open job applications in the organization. This promotes their involvement in referring good candidates for open jobs and makes it easy for the manager to manage the referrals.

Admin Dashboard

ZenHRM focuses on providing easy access to information. Admin dashboard has common stats to give a good overview of what's going on in the organization. Stats like total employees, total departments, awards, attendance, company expenses, awards list, etc. are available at hand on the dashboard itself. See where you key staff are working from and manage resources and time-off in a better way.

You can easily review the resumes submitted by employees and accept the best candidates. You can also preview the submitted resume without downloading them.
